2. ABDM & Data Sovereignty

Cliniqwise is designed to be fully compliant with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) standards. All clinical and personal data is hosted exclusively on MeitY-compliant cloud servers located within the territory of India, ensuring total data sovereignty and compliance with Indian healthcare regulations.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide hospital management services, including:

• Hospital Information: Name, registration details, and contact information of the healthcare facility.
• Staff Data: Names, credentials, and login information of doctors and administrative staff.
• Patient Data: Demographics, medical history, and clinical notes (collected on behalf of the healthcare provider).

4. Data Security

Tridev Technologies implements industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS encryption for data in transit. Access to data is controlled through strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
